Agroecology project
In 2024 we started to implement our first Food Forest, which is doing very well and has already produced fruit and vegetables.
Two zones for future Food Forests are ready for 2025. The implementation of these will be part of our 2025 projects.
Plant selection will be guided by the edibility of the majority of the species we plant, by the multiplication of the species we already have and by the addition of new specimens.
We have also extended our vineyard with 150 new Chardonnay plants.
Our Banana Circle was also populated by 5 banana trees.
We will also be paying particular attention to saving water, which is becoming such a scarce resource on our planet, to intensive mulching, and to the principles of agro-ecology. For mulching, we've planted plenty of Vetiver grass and sugar cane, so you'll be able to take advantage of the stalks to mulch.
As our project progresses, we'll be publishing information about the choice of plants, projects and techniques used. And of course, when the fruit, vegetables or condiments are available, you'll be able to enjoy them in the form of photos or during your visits.

During the periods mentioned in the schedule, but also possibly outside these periods (January, February), we are always happy to receive guests to help us with any tasks on the property. (Max 2 guests per stay)
On ‘volunteer’ days, we offer accommodation. Meals and drinks are provided on a cost-sharing basis, as are any restaurant meals.
From June to September 2025, we can also offer you rentals (private accommodation with 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms/living room/kitchen). You also have access to various facilities such as terraces, swimming pool, etc...
We do not offer long-term rentals.
