From June to September, we offer rentals.

- requests can only be made by message or telephone contact
- You also have access to various facilities such as terraces, swimming pool, grounds, etc.
- the minimum rental period is 4 nights
- prices include accommodation
- a tourist tax is levied on arrival, the amount of which is determined by the Olhao municipality
- An additional cleaning fee is charged for each rental period (60 euros).
- reservations are confirmed on receipt of the 50% deposit. The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the period.

Measuring over 22 m2, it has two twin beds that can be arranged as a double or two separate beds.
The adjoining bathroom, measuring almost 8 m2, has a large shower, sink and WC. The beige tiled floor extends into the walk-in shower. The walls are covered in black zellige. The double sink in white Corian is topped by a mirror of the same width, with lighting around the edge. A skylight provides natural lighting in the middle of the room, allowing you to enjoy the legendary luminosity of the Algarve.

With a surface area of over 25 m2, it is equipped with a double bed and a range of seating and furniture to ensure that you enjoy pleasant moments both during the day and at night.It has been adapted for disabled access. The adjoining bathroom, measuring more than 11 m2, has a large shower, a large bath, a double sink and a WC. It has also been designed for easy access.
The grey tiled floor extends all the way into the open-plan walk-in shower. The walls are covered in large slabs of reconstituted stone that will leave no one indifferent.
The double sink in white Corian is topped by a mirror of the same width, incorporating lighting around the edge.
The bathroom also features a large bathtub for relaxing moments, especially during the winter months.

living - kitchen
The living room is uncluttered yet comfortable, with a sitting area and wood-burning stove for those cosy winter evenings. There is also a television in this area.
A dining table can seat more than 4 people very comfortably. Sufficient crockery and cutlery are available for your stay. A dishwasher means you don't have to spend a lot of time cleaning up.
The kitchen is completely open to the dining area and living room, and has everything you need for your stay. A very large fridge with freezer, induction hob, oven, coffee machine and other utensils.
The terrace is located in front of the Quinta's main facade. It faces south and offers magnificent views of the property, the ocean and the islands of the Ria Formosa.

If you looking for a original Portuguese home to stay, Jeans-Pierres Quinta in Quelfes is the place to stay. The house is completely remodeled but kept the style of an old portuguese Quinta. Beautiful! The pool is located below the house on the property between olive trees and wine. A great place to relax and enjoy your vacation. Quelfes is a small villiage nearby Olhao which has a beautiful old down town area and great restaurants on the waterfront. A good place to enjoy dinner, if you don´t want to cook. Jean-Pierre is a wonderful host, has good advices regarding beaches, grocery shopping. We were lucky and got to taste different kind of fruits, which are grown on their land. Wonderful place. I highly recommend to spent your Algarve vacation here.

Relaxing stay in Algarve - The hosts are very much available for questions but are aware of not intruding on your time as well. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The pool, kitchen and bathrooms are all perfect for a vacation stay. The decorations in all rooms are unique and fitting. We very much recommend this place for visiting the area or relaxing.
